Baikonurin kosmodromilta lähetetään avaruuteen Garpun-militääritietoliikennesatelliitti. Kantorakettina Proton-M. Laukaisu suoritetaan tällä tietoa sunnuntaina 13. joulukuuta Suomen aikaa klo 02.17.
