Etelä-Afrikan Kondor E1 tutkatiedustelusatelliitti lähetetään avaruuteen Baikonurista tällä tietoa perjantaina 19. joulukuuta Suomen aikaa klo 06.43. Kantorakettina UR-100N ballistisesta ydinohjuksesta kehitetty Strela.

Tällä hetkellä laukaisulähetyksestä ei ole tietoa.

A Russian government Strela launcher will launch the Kondor E1 radar reconnaissance satellite. The government of South Africa is believed to the owner of the satellite.
